Pau D’Arco Tea (this is inner bark) has a huge amount of uses – but we will only list a few of the main ones here. Obtained from the inner bark of the taheebo tree in Brazil, it has been used in Central and South America for many centuries to treat a weakened immune system and threats to the immune system such as viruses, bacteria and also a few skin disorders such as eczema.
