Ingredients: Salvia sclarea
Direction for use:
Massage: Add 5 drops to 10ml carrier oil.
Bath: Add 12-20 drops in full bath.
Vaporise: Add 8-10 drops in bowl of vaporiser.

I really like using clary sage oil in my body moisturiser and in my bath. The scent is quite earthy so it took me a bit to get used to but I like it. I’m using it for irregular periods, and it also is said to help with asthma, and stress, among other things.
